I’ve been super impressed with Shannon’s customer service. I’ve been to-ing and fro-ing with the possibility of purchasing a Thermomix in over a year, and she has patiently answered all of my questions, while keeping me informed of the latest offers while I made up my mind to take the plunge! Her Facebook videos are always helpful (even though I’m a difficult vegan). I am yet to join in on one of her workshops, but hope to do so when Covid is less crazy. If you are looking for a Thermomix consultant, I highly recommend Shannon.

I first met Shannon quite a few years ago when I had lost my Thermomix consultant. After explaining the situation, Shannon gave me her details and told me to call her if I needed any help. I have since leaned on her multiple times and she’s always come through for me. She’s very professional but also a lovely person with an expert understanding of the Thermomix products, accessories, repairs and recipes. I always enjoy our chats about food and what we can create and can’t recommend her enough.
