Awful service and constant mistakes, do not use this company if you can. They send you multiple letters notifying your overdue bills when you've already overpaid. I wish this was an one time mistake but it happened more than five times now. Everytime a mistake like this happens you have to call them, wait in the queue and have them look into it. Goodluck if they even refund you, check your bills EVERYTIME! DO NOT GET SCAMMED INTO PAYING THE SAME BILL TWICE!

So Monday 18th February a crew sets up at 4pm in Banyo. We receive nothing in the mail apart from a 'Sorry we missed you' card a week earlier telling us our driveway will be ripped up. The driveway I couldn't care about. The fact that they are drilling and working outside our property from 12am til 7am without notice is so inconsiderate. The number I had on the 'Sorry we missed you' card tells me that they did send out notifications about the night works and the no water for 12 hours. We never received them. I'm told they're GPS tracked. So now I'm accused of being a liar. I wouldn't be calling you Catrionia if I bloody knew. Now I'm tired, cranky and unwashed before a big meeting. Not ideal. Pathetic organization

Appalling internal recruitment.I received an unsolicited message from an internal talent acquisition member asking if I would be interested in a number of roles presented.I replied and said I would be keen to discuss further…twice. I was met with silence or excuses.Don’t bother reaching out to candidates, unsolicited, if you do not have the appetite or decency to actually follow-through.(Clearly they are knee-deep in talent, which is surprising given no other employer in my industry is)

Have just lodged a complaint with QUU, one of their contractors entered my yard without my permission. I was told by Liam from the call centre that customers are to given 48 hours notice and they do not enter a persons yard after replacing meter. I was told by contractor he needed to turn on hose to flush dirty water, yet I was given notice in mailbox after he finished meter replacement on how to do this myself. I have a problem with contractors entering my yard without giving me formal notice and when I am not at home. QUU I hold you personally responsible for the behaviour of your contractors.

Good old Australian business strikes yet again! Absolutely shameful! I rang this morning twice to report a serious fault with our water main outside. No one answered even after 21minutes waiting each time!!! Unbelievably I rang twice more this afternoon and I’m waiting now for 29minutes- no answer and this is after waiting 17minutes on my 1st call this afternoon! No wonder they ask customers to be patient on the recording! How can we be patient with service like this? Maybe the Unions have ordered that only one Call Centre operative answer every hour.

One time a received a billing statement from them and the issue date is a future date! It looks like it has not been tested, how ridiculous! I signed up for their e-billing and billing statement was not sent and now my account is overdue!!! How can this functionality have been deployed on production without being tested!!!! So frustrating I'm going back to mail delivery for billing statement what a joke!!!

Really sick if their service, Report a leak on the water meter (leak comes from other side other than building side) week ago, and been advise 5 working days to come over check. After 1 week, the leak now is about goes more than 50000L per day at least. still no one shows up for the repair. All my front yard have been over watering and all the plant die. Charge for the ridicules water price compare with other country and want to show you are care about wasting water, but actually you are not at all.

They were sending our water bills to the wrong address for 2 years. The first we heard of the $2,500 overdue bill was from the debt collectors at our door. After we contacted them they admitted that it was their fault and then oh so generously (heavy sarcasm implied) gave us a month to pay the full amount and refused to discount the $100 interest charged on the account. I would love to go with another water provider... oh no wait, I can't...

have done the merrigo round of the phone system every day this week to no avail (its thursday).call up the investigations department and get stonewalled or passed off to another department to explain my issues to again. there are a small number if people in this organisation who try hard and do great work but the overwhelming majority of the employees are of no help at all. if I could go anywhere else, I would - 0 stars

The service is terrible. A couple of bills ago, I tried to pay online. Was not possible. Then I called the office & the lady who tried to help me, couldn't do it & couldn't figure out why. Then she guided me through the phone banking. Okay, that worked. But when I checked my Credit Card account, I was charged twice. When I called the office about it , I was told I had to make copies of my CC statement to proof that I paid. What sort of an outfit are you running. You've a cocked up system. I just want it to pay my bill now. Can't, my customer reference # is wrong?? I'm not blind. I put in the # on my bill, but it keeps telling me, it's the wrong #. What a Mickey Mouse outfit are the running there?? Just like the Census. Another cock up.
