Flight Centre Greensborough
I was very happy with their service. You do have to book an appointment, but I managed to get one in a couple of days whereas at other locations it was a weeks wait. So perhaps because the shopping centre is not as busy and people flock to the bigger centres, its better for us who don't mind the extra 15min drive there!

I have been trying to retrieve a travel voucher for a $2000 payment for years and they're just so disorganised it's been an uphill battle and I'm still waiting. When I initially paid for the trip they never gave me a receipt. I had to chase up a receipt for months. It's not the fault of the staff, Flight Center is just a bad organisation.

Whilst we had great service initially, I am extremely disappointed and unhappy as I am still waiting for refund for flights purchased in Feb 2020 through flight centre with Thai AirwaysI have regularly gone in to check on progress but keep getting told it’s with head office, we are more than $3000 out of pocket and can’t get answers or support from anyone. I have tried contacting the airline and flight centre on numerous occasions and just today spent most of the morning on hold . 2 1/2 years is too long to wait!!! What do I need to do to get answers and to get a refund??

Flight Centre Greensborough are fantastic. We have now booked 2 overseas holidays with Minnie, who is a wealth of knowledge and very easy to work with. She has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family when planning our holidays, even replying to my emails when she's not at work. I would highly recommend flight Centre Greensborough for your travel plans.

Walked in as a very distressed person who needs to book urgently because dad is sick. Nothing was available but I was searching with Ingrid as well and found a ticket direct via Single Airlines....That is when the superb customer service started.... Ingrid sat beside me, looked over & guided me so I can just book it myself. She then proceed to help with insurance, hotel booking etc. Very quick and efficient!!10 out of 10. This woman deserves a raise!!

I called them yesterday via phone to provide information for expected travelling like wheelchair registration or finding access hotel in Adelaide from 28 April to 7 May. Still, unfortunately, they did take my order seriously and have not responded till now. Also, the person I spoke with yesterday did not understand me when I mentioned the word the wheelchair; she always said do you mean vouchers many times till the person service recognised it!!!

Not impressed. Really makes you miss STA travel. If your travelling on a budget don’t bother, do it yourself. They don’t like booking flights only and just want to sell their pre made deals.
