JRS Built

We used JRS Built for our 80sqm back pergola deck and front verandah deck. Omg I loveeeeeeee it. Jay and his apprentice did an amazing job, the finish is beautiful. Jay is great at his trade. Will be definitely using his business again. He was professional, on time, honest and offered suggestions and design ideas. Would highly recommend

We have used Jay and his team twice now for our store, and have been highly satisfied with the level of workmanship he has brought to each project. His team is very experienced, responsive, and flexible with ensuring all needs are met from the beginning to the end of the job. They have also been very helpful with any questions we’ve had after the job was completed. We would definitely recommend.

Jay and his team were extremely professional whilst building our families deck and renovating the bathroom. Great attitude and very experienced. His pricing was competitive and his attention to detail was outstanding. Completed the project quicker then expected!! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately Jay takes zero responsibility for his and his apprentice mistakes/ damages.1. His apprentice ruined our polished floor boards by not protecting it.2. they have screwed through our window frame, which left a wholes in the frame even I personally advised this screws are too long. this happend at the end of January and he was so busy and only was able somehow to fix them first weekend of July and obviously didnt show up.3. I have to get other builders to fix his mistakes, like screwing our main doors to the backyrd with spaghetti" which got loose and the doors became unsafely to use. i have send him a video with it & Absolutely ignorance and no reply."

We used JRS Built for a deck area at the back of our home. Jay did an absolutely brilliant job - far exceeded our expectations - deck looks absolutely fantastic. Jay advised when he would be on site and was always on time. Great job, punctual, reliable and cleaned everything up before he left site - can't recommend him highly enough!
