A recent purchase, part of a system I was building, I suspected was faulty was taken back with the rest of the system, tested and the DOA part replaced within the space of a hour. Awesome after sales support!

I don’t give 5 stars often but the team at Digital Matrix went above and beyond to earn this one.I had recently taken my gaming rig to a nearby store as the fans were not working causing it to crash. $400 later there was still no solution and the tech had no clue how to fix it.I was close to giving up home when a friend recommended these guys. Special thanks to Blake, within 3 days turnaround he had fixed the issue and replaced the faulty component. He even did a full system update and malware cleanup. All in all the total cost was $280 including parts and labor.My rig is now running super fast and cool which is music to any pc-gamers ears. Outstanding work guys, thanks for bending over backwards to rush my pickup time as well!

Bought a PC from this place, and i have no complaints the staff are super friendly and are always willing to help you with any problems you have.

Prices could be better, but hey it's Townsville. Far from having most things. Especially if you want to fix things yourself, there seems to be unwillingness sometimes. And I know what I'm doing, so don't give me a lecture because I'm 60+. I was building systems before your momma was born,mates. But the biggest pitfall is the location is pretty bad, you cannot easily park and often there isn't parking space especially when you are trying to just drop by.

A great example of a local business competing with other online suppliers. These guys provide good value for money on local stock and are knowledgeable in what they sell.While their website might not be the easiest to find stuff or provide super levels of confidence about the stock they have access to, its a reasonable gauge as to what they sell.These folk are my goto" supplier for computer parts in Townsville."
