Phillip arrived as arranged at 7am. After a quick introduction and briefing he disappeared into the work area. During the day we went out several times and also checked in on him occasionally. Other than that we only heard him working away until he appeared late in the day to ask us to have a look as he was finished.What a magnificent job. After what he had to deal with , once again we had a new bathroom.Phillip was a great ambassador for the Company and on his back I would highly recommend the Grout Guy.

We saw their advert on television on the sunshine coast. We contacted them for our home in Jindalee and they were able to come and give us a quote within 24hours. We were happy with the quote and subsequently happy with the prompt service they provided. Peter was pleasant and carried out the work in heatwave conditions. We would and have recommended them.

We had 2 bathrooms re-grouted and are very happy with the end result, and the team were great to deal with.Unfortunately the 3 stars are for the job being slightly incomplete (taps not sealed – possible warranty issue?, one bathroom not wiped down at all, one hob not re-grouted, ect), which meant I had to chase up with photos and organize a few hours of extra work.

The two tradies (Michael and Kiren) sent to do my job were absolutely brilliant!!!!!Nothing was a hassle, they were friendly, trustworthy and explained things in terms I could understand.
