Wow what an experience! I have to give them -5 for attitude after recent dealings with them. A dear friend died the day she was due to pick up her car, which (due to inept legal assistance) took my partner 5 months to collect. He had rung the insurers about possible storage costs, as well as his solicitor on many occasions, to be informed it may be $300 - 400. 2 weeks prior to receiving the go ahead to legally retrieve the car he also rang Casino Smash Repairs to ask them to charge the battery and get the car ready for collection. On arrival we were told the storage costs were over $2,300! And the car was dusty and battery not charged. So we told the owner we'd pay anyway yet some 20 minutes later when we inquired how long it would take them to charge the battery it still hadn't been put on charge because You didn't make it clear you were picking it up today". Oh yes we did

Professional clowns I took my car there in a very nice condition apart from the bit they were supposed to fix,they fixed the damage to a reasonable condition but not excellent they called me three times to pick up my car and three times not Evan finished ! They managed to get paint all through the interior and clumps of thick grease on the rear floor,when I addressed my I questioned the boss about the state of the car he shirt fronted me so I left and had to get the car cleaned and that still didn't get all the paint from the interior

Seem like nice guys, but it took just over 3 months to fix my mums i20. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. There was the Xmas break during this time but even still the time taken was ridiculous. The job done itself was ok , but had to take it back twice for things they forgot to do. I've no idea of course, of the quality and time on other jobs but I recommend you look elsewhere for work you might need doing

Very professional treatment by the assessor, who was thorough and courteous while assessing the 2 vehicles involved. It will be interesting if the quote reflects the honesty, or if it is all about the money seeing it is an insurance claim.

These guys are super efficient. I was totally impressed by the cleanliness of their workshop. My car is booked in for the end if the month for some minor car park" repairs. I'll let you know how they go.So an update on Casino Smash Repairs. As expected

Wish I could post photos. Would say it all.New front end bumper doesn't fit clear inch gap under headlights, under insurance poorly prepared and paint lifting already. Not game enough to wash it as it will peel straight off.Have to wait to contact as didn't get to see till late arvo and now closed. Even if it gets fixed after contacting them it won't change the fact they let that level of work out of the shop.

These guys do a great job, are extremely helpful and run a transparent business. In my opinion not only are they a stand out business in the industry, but in the community as well. 5 stars
