Excellent sashimi.Beef was dry and overcookedSoft shell crab was ok. Not the best we've had.

Nostalgia aside, this place serves some of the best authentic Japanese food around Sydney. There sashimi is fresh, entrees are great. Some dishes can be a bit off at times but overall a must try for Japanese. A bit on the pricy side.

The space is cozy and perfect for casual couple dining. Service and speed were also top notch, along with good serving size, this restaurant is highly recommended.Their Tadaki Beef is a Must Try for all rare beef lovers and highly addictive! I went with dad which naturally warrants way too much food, but we still ended up ordering two servings of the beef.

We were recommended this restaurant by our neighbour who said this was her go to sushi place. I have been meaning to find an authentic Japanese place after leaving Newtown's legendary Sushi Train and I think I have finally found the one. Our Takoyaki balls came out with little delay - perfectly cooked dough and generous amount of octopus, bonito flakes and sauces over them.My wife had the young clam - delicately cooked with a good amount of clams. You can taste each individual ingredient. For myself I ordered the una Don - the rice with sauce was delicious enough even without the eel. It took me back to eating the single Michelin star una Don in Japan!Highly recommend this place and am puzzled why it's only on 4.3 star when it's closer to a 5.

Quite a good Japanese restaurant with friendly staff around the hood. Definitely will return to try the rest of the menu as the food is fresh and yummy

Absolutely adored this little Japanese diner, fantastic food (Hotpot is a must), friendly staff. This is definitely going to be my new local. Great prices, great food, great sake, awesome cosy atmosphere

A cosy and comfortable little Japanese restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills. The food is delicious and made fresh. I believe the owners are Japanese and you can taste the difference that makes in the dishes. The menu selection is great. While the prices are slightly higher than other Japanese restaurants is it reflected in the quality of the food and service.I will be back!

My sons and I go there all the time. Chef is amazing and really cares about his customers. Like a family vide. Must try. You will love it.
