Giraffe Early Learning Centre Balgowlah

The best if you are a kid, educator or a parent.I have worked there for nearly a year and a half; the best care a child can get and the respect for both the child and the parents. They spend lots of money and time on food, toys, resources, health and the hygiene of the place. The management is very helpful and supportive ( except for sometimes that they do exactly what you don’t want and not compliant with your abilities and availability as an educator), very friendly and the centre is very welcoming and relax. If you are a parent it is the best place for your children and if you are an educator it is the greatest place to work, learn new things, get new experiences and try to improve as the centre is very open to give you the opportunity to develop. The pay would be in the minimum pay most of the times but you would be compensated in ither ways and indirectly. MASSIVE amount of useless paperwork which can be much less and less frequently.

From the moment we met Emily to the continued care for our bundle of joy, Flora, Venus, Lily, Garima and their team have made us feel welcome, supported & part of our little one’s journey.

We love Giraffe! The staff are amazing, most of them either being mums themselves or younger and very engaged with the children, and look after your children as if they were their own. The quality and continuity of care is excellent with very low staff turn over. They don't integrate technology into the classrooms which I think is great and very age appropriate (only for parents/care giver to sign in/out each day). Highly recommend to any family needing daycare!

I worked here for 2 years from 2018 to 2021and I moved the other state but I still remember this centre as one of top five childcares.First of all they are really serious about their business that means they not see you just money but they teach the educator to treat the children as you want to be treated so they have a really good system and training for educator( Even they said if children make table massy while they are eating

We love Giraffe! Lovely vibe, great staffs, supportive management, very nice environment. They also offer a very lengthy orientation which made our childcare journey very easy and smooth. My daughter loves it, and can't recommend more.

Amazing centre, such a step up in fun and educational activities, great investment in resources for kids and lovely staff. My son runs to get to class in the morning and has never been happier.
