This is the first time I have used Valley Home IT. I was unable to get my computer to connect to the NBN. On a phone call Sean was very responsive, endeavoring to establish an appointment time suitable to us both. His attendance on the day was prompt and he listened to my issue. Then with little fuss he went about restoring my computer to working condition. In addition he offered suggestions and made adjustments to make the operating systems a little more user friendly. Great experience and would recommend Valley Home IT.
