Prouds the Jewellers Northlakes

Brought a ring for my son the ring was too big for him when I got home went to return it to the store to get a refund the manager at Northlakes would not refund or give us a store credit she actually told us that the customer Is not right all the time which I’ve never heard before will never shop there again have spent thousands of dollars with Prouds over the years. Ps By the way the ring was on sale and was only $18 and they could not even refund us that bad customer service all around

My partner bought my engagement ring here.We went back to resize it as it was too big.They charged money (in my case $115) and they haven’t gave back my gold.They did not asked anything just took it.We paid for the ring and for the resizing and they kept my piece of gold too.Such a rip off

Don't have my ring size. Very annoying. Have to pay to upsize which is ridiculous. Should stock all ring sizes not just small.

All the staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help there customer's my daughter and l have been shopping with prouds for a long time. Strongly recommend

Old woman working at store only showed my partner to the cheap section because apparently he didn’t look rich enough. Apparently they had more “willing customers” even though the store was empty. I find this absolutely appalling and I will be telling him not to buy me anything from Prouds again. What an awful person and staff member to turn away clientele.

Great selection of jewellery for all ages and styles, friendly helpful staff. Cute earrings for little kids.

I bought the eating that was 2 months ago. It was pearl earnings with my friend's birthday gift. I notice the pair is not the same shape. So we went back to the North Lakes Proud jewellery. I ask the lady this earrings is no good. They are not the same shape. She ask me for the receipt. I pay cash for this earring. some how I lost the receipt. I’ll to explain to her about this earring. She was starting yelling at me. She was rude! how on earth did she get this job? She had no customer service at all. I used to like proud jewellery but not anymore! I never cross this behaviour of this woman. It's terrible she is making me embarrassed in font of my friend and yelling with us.

I had a ring I purchased there resized down. The assistant measured me and told me what size to have. I said it felt too big but she said my finger would swell in summer and it would be ok. When I picked it up it was obviously too big. I was told to wear it for a week to see how it went. I didn’t wait. The next day I returned and was resized correctly but charged another resize fee (discounted) but I was not impressed as it was sized incorrectly by them initially. Kasey who served me when I returned was very helpful and I would have been more upset if I hadn’t received her wonderful service
