Awesome Accomodation = High End with Friendly Service

So very clean. And the management were excellent and so very helpful.

I thought this was going to be a good experience. It was a big room and was close to the river. There was also a spa in our room. However, the internet only worked when we were right by the front door and there was no hot water. None at all. The entire stay there we didn’t have a drop of hot water. We didn’t realise this until 6:00 after reception closed so we tried calling on a mobile number that was given to us for after hours emergencies. This went straight to voicemail and nobody called me back. I also texted this number also with no reply. This was so disappointing because it was a really nice room in a good location.

The rooms are very clean with new smart TVs and amazing beds. Staff are extremely friendly and could not be more accomodating during our stay. There are many options to eat out the front door with RSL straight across the road. I highly recommend this motel.

On a whim , decided to take a drive for the afternoon, we arrived at Ballina and as the evening progressed on we needed a place for the night. LastMinute chose a motel close by. The Richmond Motor Inn was conveniently located straight across from the venue we were at.Phoned them late and they were able to offer a room.Left the keys conveniently for us, and when the keys became locked inside our room, it wasn't a problem for them to help out.I would recommend this establishment for travellers, last minute accommodation.The Richmond Motor Inn is located central to everything at Ballina, rooms are pristine, noise Level non existent, Well DoneRichmond Motor Inn.

Booked for 1 x nights accommodation. $550 for 1 night. Unable to attend due to our son contracting covid. Followed government directions and did not travel. Rang accommodation to rebook, they refused a refund (didn't even ask for a refund, just wanted to book another night), still totally refused. I tried to reason with the owner Brendan, horever the only response i received was policy is policy". When you're running a business

Neat, tidy rooms. Comfy beds if you're not sleeping on the sofa lounge. One towel was left in our bathroom from a prior visitor, however. Fridge was overly small and disappointing that there was no BBQ by the pool. Overall, would probably stay again but only for a minimum of 2 nights at a time.

Great location and nice and very spacious unit (family room of 3 bedroom + 2 bath). Very clean and huge balconies. 4 stars because they have a spa but hot water supply wasn't enough to fill it and the water was luke warm (almost cold) by the time the tab was full.

2nd time here for our family of 5 for a week long stay. Not cheap but Clean, comfortable rooms and centrally located. Once again, Exceptional service from Bridgette (housekeeping/cleaning) - besides doing a brilliant job keeping the rooms spotless, she goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Would definitely recommend.
