Wyuna Beachfront Holiday Apartments

Great position amazing views directly opposite the beach. Fantastic heated pool. I have been coming for 10 years. I cant wait to come back.Michael and Denice are great hosts

We stayed at Wyuna for a couple of weeks recently.The units and location were great however it was Denice the manager who made our stay memorable for all of the right reasons. Denice was bright, approachable, responsive and kind.She really made us feel at home.Would return if back in the area for sure.

It was the pits. No air con or fans. Not even a pedestal fan! Horrible old furniture ready for the tip!

Was blown away by the wonderful experience we had at Wyuna Beachfront Apartments. Our ocean-view room was simply stunning . The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room and the facilities are very clean. Stunning view of the Gold Coast, cafés nearby and just across the street the beach is also just literally a minute away to walk. Will definitely go back.

I’d give it less than a 1-star if I could. Gross.The photos online look beautiful, but only show the renovated 3-bedroom apartments with none of the old 2-bedroom apartments being shown.I booked and paid the deposit and then they kept deducting money out of my account, without my permission, until the full amount was paid; online it said I only had to pay the deposit then pay the rest at the hotel. I didn’t argue because I was expecting to get to a beautiful apartment for holidays.I paid $2900 for four nights, and I’m seriously disappointed!!-No air-conditioning-No en-suite-No bath-Old out-dated rooms-No screens on the screen doors-Only a tiny glimpse of the ocean through the treesFor the same nights, I could have stayed at the Hilton for cheaper. I spoke with the manager who pretty much said it was my fault for not reading the fine print that said none of the rooms shown online were for the room I was booking.I asked to leave the moment we got here, and if we could even get a partial refund, and got told “you’ve already paid, you can’t get any money back”.Unless there is a good special with rooms being cheaper than $350/night, don’t stay here!!Disappointed and feeling ripped off. This 3-star apartment is not worth $2900 for four nights.

WOW- the first word that comes to mind when I think of my experience at Wyuna Holiday Apartments. The apartments are incredibly spacious, comfortable and clean with many modern additions and not to forget, shows magnificent views of beautiful Burleigh. The staff were incredibly friendly and were willing to go out of their way to help. The new pool area and its close proximity to the headland and the main street of village style shops and beautiful restaurants are just another thing to LOVE about Wyuna Apartments. I felt both relaxed and at home. I can't wait to visit again soon.

We had a fantastic stay the unit was exactly like the photo's advertised and Denise really made everything smooth for our stay. Great view of the beach and very relaxing lounge area. The kitchen was set up well with everything we needed.

Unit 18, Faulty towers is the service you pay for. From flat batteries in the remote, a 7 foot sliding door coming off its rails and then sleeping with it open all night, Bathroom door handle fell off, and a old blue faded lounge suite as you walked in. None of these pictures were on the website when we booked.We didn't have to checkout till 10 we left by 8.15 the hot water ran out after one shower. I emailed management and was told we should of contacted them. I went to the office and it said CLOSED. Contacted office of fair trading, they have tried to reason with Michael. OFT asked what I would like I said and apology or a refund. Michael and Denice have offered nothing. Don't expect to much from these managers especially customer service. Michael must have part ownership in unit 18. A service is what we paid for, the customer service was nil. Thanks Michael and Denice for fobbing us off and keeping our money for a night stay at faulty towers.

Just love Wyuna Beach Holiday Apartments, Stayed at Burleigh Heads many times over the years and this is our go to apartment now. So close to the beach and surf club and a short stroll to shops, restaurants and cafe's.The apartment is spacious, has great views and is always very clean well stocked. Will be back again very soon.

If you want to be able to experience the best of Burleigh you must stay at Wyuna Apartments - it's only a quick walk to James St, the beach and the local shops! Staff are friendly and polite, rooms are clean with great views of the beach and the headland. Thank you Wyuna - we will definitely be back!
