Very very rude and abusive...expresses himself with the ‘F’ bomb every second word. Wanted to buy stainless flexible flue - one should be afforded the opportunity to ask for help concerning products without a hail of abuse - made to feel incompetent in front a minor and other patrons of this outlet. If you like abusive people, feel free to get some without prompt from this chap.

If you get Graham run for the hills and I believe he is the owner of the business.My dealings with him was not great with combinations of him yelling and swearing at me so If you use this company and you hear “Graham speaking” my advice is hang up fast.

Have persisted for years but it has finally got to me. Deliver here is only one day a week, which is fine. Tell you it is coming a certain day but don't let you know if they can't make it. Left to me to phone up and find out when it is really coming. It just took 4 phone calls to get a copy of the last receipt so I can claim the gas rebate. Gas was delivered about 2 weeks ago. Really sorry guys but going elsewhere next time. Just wanted open communication.

Hi Guys (potential customers)Why would you call a company with a fault with your fire and request a service to be told they would call back with an appointment. No call back several days (your wife's getting cold) so you follow up. Then you are told that the waiting list is 10 days minimum. Okay when will that be you ask. Don't know is the response. Slick customer service. Jetmaster you must be loving it. Maybe I can find a company that knows what business its in.

The advice and service we recieved from Graham and the team at the gas shop when we had the gas connected to our home and installed gas hot water a couple of years ago was fantastic. So when my wife and myself decided on having a gas log fire installed 2 weeks ago we never considered going anywhere else but the Gas Shop for a great price and prompt SERVICE
