Dr Sai Gayatri terrible bedside manner so dismissive would never see again no empathy what so ever. My daughter was so sick.

Told me they would have my test results within 10 days, and that if I don’t hear anything from them that’s good news! 10 days pass and I haven’t heard anything so I assume everything is okay. Over A MONTH later I receive a text message saying they would like to see me regarding my test results? I called assuming this was some kind of mistake, lady at reception told me Dr Rose is notorious for doing this

Have gone to this clinic for around 7-8 years now, and especially over the last 1-2 it has gone downhill, final nail in the coffin for me was being charged $80 for an influenza vaccination. A $60 surgical consult" which consisted of a greeting from the Dr

UPDATE: If I could give this a 0/5 i would. this was a waste of my time and money, while the place itself is clean and inviting, the consultation with Sai Gayatri (the only doctor who sees new patients) was not so good. There was no compassion, care or politeness towards me, and automatically said no to my request and sent me on my way, with a $50 fee, more than a dollar a word. Very poor experience will not be going to see her again.Emailed per the below comment to arrange a call. And a week later since my original email to them and no contact!!! Wonder why there customer experience so so bad, if this is who you are meant to go to when you need some help.

Took my child there arriving at 0700h as they opened absolutely no one else was there. He had severe pain from an ear infection and they told me to go to the hospital...good drills

Do not waste your tax money or others tax money on this Medicare clinic. The doctor I saw showed no interest or empathy and was in a rush to leave for the day. Go elsewhere, government should pull there bulk billing.

Very poor service. We took our grandson in for his 18month vaccination which was booked by our daughter well in advance as they were traveling back from New Zealand. We arrived on time greeted by the reception to complete details etc. Once we had seen the doctor, she was very dismissive about our grandson history after asking for it I felt her persona and uncaring attitude needs to be addressed. We then went out to the reception area as the nurses would do the vaccination. The doctor appeared minutes later to let us know they did not have the required vaccination and had to reschedule. Come on guys we had booked in made it past reception to the incompetent doctor who will get paid by Medicare to not receive a vaccination we had booked. This medical centre is new, this facility is lacking professional guidance, empathy, knowledge and care. We will be taking this further to the health ombudsman. I encourage anyone else in this position to do the same.

After an accident at home, my mum went to the clinic for help. The care she received was absolutely fantastic. The doctors, nurses and reception staff were so kind and helpful to her. I’m so grateful they took such good care of my beautiful mum.
