Love love love this place. Superb range of books, plus jigsaw puzzles and a beautiful children's section. Always a go to for a gift. Lovely staff, very helpful.

Not the largest bookstore but a very comprehensive range over a variety of topics, is well curated, and doing a brisk business on a Tuesday morning - which speaks volumes. Staff members are accessible, informative and quick. Website has just been updated. What a bookstore should be!

Have been a customer for decades but tried to return a book we bought last week for a friend who didn't want it as his eyes are failing. Farrells refused to give our money back! Pointed out the receipt (the tiny bit of paper you get AFTER you buy something) that says they will not refund. Disgusting service. They have just lost another customer forever. I will now browse their overpriced books to find one I want and then buy it online at a cheaper price. No more buying local for me.

Had a last minute present to buy. Staff very helpful in choosing some books and a card and then gift wrapped it for me. A very happy first time customer visiting Mornington.

My family love this traditional family bookstore. Every week sees new and enticing book titles from fiction, to politics, to history and the arts. I love the friendly service, such an important aspect to any business and the store is dog friendly !

Great books, but the staff are SO miserable. Not a friendly word from them at all. Bought a book from them, not even a thanks" will not use this book store again."
