Soul Press

Used to be good but some of the best items from the menu not available anymore. Staff are quite surly (I don’t remember everyone being so grumpy before) i live a moments walk from here and probably won’t be back. What’s happened?

I can't get enough of Acai bowls. They make the best here. Even better than hawaii and L.A!

Amazing juices!

The food here is delicious! I get a vegan brekky burger every week (if not two). The smoothies and other meals are also really good. The staff is lovely and make the time to get to know their regulars.

Came with a friend as they were recommended to come here. Amazing food! I would definitely be back! The food came out quite quickly and it tasted delicious! Def try the sushi burrito bowls, worth every cent!!

We have been going here for years since they opened and unfortunately the service hasn’t improved. The online ordering is a shambles as it either doesn’t work or staff don’t check it, no one answers the phone and the staff aren’t welcoming or helpful. This isn’t a one off. They need to improve when customers are paying such high prices. Other soul press stores don’t have these issues, seems to be a management problem.

I used to go here religiously. But what has happened to the menu? Some of those fantastic ingredients in the bowls and smoothies no longer to be seen.. and the quality of the produce has declined. very disappointing, it's really not the same:(

First time here was really looking forward to it, very disappointed to say the least. Got an Acai bowl and $16 really..? Tasted extremely average and no where near worth the price.. Tried to order a coffee, unfortunately i came just before they closed and they had run out of milk, so i said i'm just happy with water. Go to pay and realized i paid far too much for two bowls and two waters at $50. Ask for the receipt and turns out the really lovely lady charged me for $10 'Melbourne made water'.. yes you heard that right. $10 WATER. Grab my water from the fridge and realize there is a much cheaper water but of course the worker was not gonna put that one through.. do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere where staff value you.

I’ve a bad experience today from the soul press in Cheltenham. I ordered an açai bowl with what seemed to be a never ending supply of dark chocolate goji berrys I think I ate about 25 goji berrys before feeling sick I took the rest of them out but half the açai came out with the goji berrys still there are about 50 goji berrys left not up to soul press standard.
