Graham's classes are fun and effective. We use weights and also incorporate cardio, stretching and mat work. A great, all-round session that gets my heart rate up and makes me feel good! I can log in at home in Melbourne or at the farm , so it is perfect for maintaining my fitness!

What better way to spend a Sunday than hiking with friends to Cape Schanck lighthouse. Graham and the team at Renewed After 50 did a fantastic job organising this hike. Looking forward to more like this.

I have worked with Graham for the past month in weekly personal training [PT] sessions. He is incredibly friendly and always encouraging! He always comes to our sessions prepared with a variety of interesting exercises and equipment! He’s very flexible and makes the sessions fun as well as hard work- to make it worthwhile.If you are over 50 and thinking of some PT sessions, Graham is your man!! He will support your journey, is reasonably priced and is altogether genuine!!

Graham is an excellent personal trainer, who is very kind and compassionate. His presentations are incredibly informative, he communicates very well and is very knowledgeable. Graham excels in his classes and hikes - he provides a great team environment. I could not recommend Graham and Renewed after 50 more !

I am really enjoying training with Graham. He helped me to get over my fears of starting the training, and is keeping me motivated to improve. This is a big step for me as I hate gyms and have been avoiding strength exercises for years! Graham is very enthusiastic about improving the fitness for people over 50, and I can highly recommend him!

Graham presented at Melbourne Lifestyle Medicine’s (MLM) Wellness Retreat in the Yarra Valley last week. We were thrilled with Graham and his presentation, he was confident & knowledgeable, and his style was very open and personable - and with a nice amount of humour! He also provided our guests with what he calls a GO4LIFE class which was fun and just the amount of physical challenge.We were super impressed at how well it all went and how motivated our participants were after Graham's sessions.We look forward to working with Graham again in future!I’d not hesitate to recommend Graham to anyone needing a presenter around the health and fitness topic particularly to us over 50’s.

Simply, with Graham's help I was able to start overall fitness plannning. With few one to one sesson which were very focused training session I was able to build overall body strength and sigGnificant improvment in my overall fitness. Graham's weekend hiking trips. also made me start enjoying outdoor trips then just sitting at home and watching tv. I never thought of doing Mt Bogong hiking but Graham's motivation and extensive fitness training made it possible.

I am so pleased to have engaged Graham as my personal trainer. Despite my lack of experience in gym work and limited strength and ability to start with, Graham has been able to encourage me and take time to understand my goals and limitations. His program is varied and he attempts to push me in a gentle way towards more demanding tasks which I will never do it myself. He observes and gives me frequent feedback about my posture while exercising. After about 8 sessions, I was surprised in a very pleasant way to find that I have developed better muscle tone and put on some weight which I was unable to for a long time. I feel stronger, and more energetic after starting training with Graham. Thank you so much Graham .

Due to my diagnosis with early on set Alzheimer’s dementia I needed to do something about my health. Graham and I were casually talking one day and I decided to take up his offer to assist me with my balance and overall fitness. Six months has passed, and I have dropped my weight from 118kg to 94kg. My balance and fitness has improved beyond my expectations. I am excited to get to training and Graham really listens and is very mindful of not over doing it. He is a good communicator, is very patient and very in tune with his clients. He mixes up the exercises and the hour sessions fly by.

i've have been training with Graham for the last 6 months, and believe he is one of the most experience & committed trainers around . I attend group lessons and one on one.I really enjoy the variety & challenge he put into the sessions.Graham is focused on helping me achieve my goals and and makes every session interesting and somewhat fun . My fitness has increased noticeably and i've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups/core excerises,lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session .He is extremely reliable& punctual- always set up & ready to start training ahead of time ,with an exercise routine planned.I throughly enjoy working out in the environment,and would recommend Graham to anyone looiking to improve their fitness with a dedicated P/T or group trainer.
