Relocating to a new city can be quite overwhelming, but Paige Love made the entire process a breeze. From our very first interaction to the day I arrived, Paige went above and beyond to ensure my transition was smooth and hassle-free. What truly amazed me was her thoughtfulness in making sure the heat pump was turned on before my arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in my new home. Her dedication and genuine care for customers like me left a lasting impression.More recently, I experienced an unexpected change that required me to reconsider my current rental situation. During this time, Louise Gipton reached out to inform me that the house would be going back on the rental market (which was not required of her but she did anyway). I cannot express how grateful I am for her timely and considerate communication. Despite the challenging circumstances in the owner deciding to sell and wanting the house vacant, Louise handled our conversation with empathy and professionalism, offering guidance and support. Her kindness and commitment to providing excellent customer service were truly appreciated during what could have been a stressful experience.I firmly believe that the success of any business lies in the hands of its people, and Paige Love and Louise Gipton are shining examples of exceptional professionals. Specifically asked for the lease on our property not to be renewed. Instructions were ignored and a new 12 month lease issued to the tenants. As a result we had to find somewhere else to live when we moved to Tasmania and also pay land taxes for the year. Woolcocks (knight franks) basically called us liars and took no responsibility for their mistake. Be warned. Keep away.

Knight-Frank have done a great settling us into our new rental home. These folks are the consummate professionals by not leaving any stone unturned when it comes to servicing private home properties. Highly recommend Gabriella Karras for property management. We have had Gabby be our property manager for a little while now, we have rented the property for 7 years and with the multiple property managers come and go with change of real estates, we can honestly say she is the best. Gabby is prompt to respond to any emails or calls, actions any maintenance asap, always keeps us in the loop of what is happening and most of all, treats us with respect (unlike past property managers). If we ever require a property manager in the future, we will be sourcing Gabby for her services and professionalism.
