HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!!! Beware of this business!!!! They recently collected a faulty TV from our business and we are still waiting months later for them to deliver the TV back to Harvey Norman so we can receive a credit. Someone from their team also took the TV bracket and have refused to reimburse us the costs of us needing to replace it.

Just to thank Brock, from Video Factory Northgate, for his patience and perseverence to correct the dullish, not bright and sharp picture after our LG 2017 Smart TV, had its back lighting replaced recently, when blue became dominant. Last thing he said he could try was a factory reset and to his and our surprise the picture was transformed, looking forward to watching the Melbourne Cup in really glorious colour with the horses almost joining us.

Reception person who initially called to schedule the repair date was pretty rude and told us when they would come rather than asking when would suit. I had covid at the time, so from that standpoint they weren’t concerned with the safety of their repair person.On the day of repair however, team member Martin arrived on time with the spare part ready to go. He quickly removed the broken part and installed the new one. Works perfectly and couldn’t be happier.

After struggling to hear from my tv brands company on the repair there was a carefree experience when the service technician did provide me a great screen replacement in homeMartin (Safa gentleman hopefully I remember his name) the technician whom came out was without a doubt an asset to this companyMy experience in home was friendly and supportive to me and my family going above and beyond in my mindWell done champ thank You

Worst service centre ever. Sent my system for repair and got it back finally with NO power cords and NO Remote. Most expensive paper weight ever. !Avoid at all costs .

Warranty LG TV repair was a fast- 1-2 week turn around. On return the TV had another issue, contacted LG and the same repairers promptly repaired within the week. Thank you!

Horrible service. Had an outstanding job for months for a warranty replacement. I had to follow them up for an ETA every month and received no ETA each time.Went with another company and it was sorted within the week.If Samsung tries to redirect you to here, refuse and go somewhere else.

Terrible service , usually on hold , or never answer your call , waited 2 weeks with no response for a 'service technician ' to organise repair on my faulty TV . Honestly don't understand how companies like this function . Ended up chucking my TV in my car and driving to the retail to sort out . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY..........
