We were told that you have to see benchtops in large and not from a sample. That was certainly true and now that we have seen a large slab of stone we have now a different idea on what kind of benchtop we want. And our previous favourite option for our benchtop was not really what we wanted. So it was really good to see the big slabs.

Great experience from start to finish. We were greeted with a friendly face. When I wanted to look at an entire slab they were extremely accomodating.I’m looking forward to having their benches in my kitchen!

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. A special thank you to Tim Lewis who set up an appointment for us at very short notice, and answered all our queries and gave us the info we needed to further our selection process. It was certainly worthwhile visiting their showroom to see their extensive range of engineered stone and Porcelain products.

I had samples sent to me but wanted to see the slabs to get a better idea of the colours and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Tim at the Dandenong South showroom was most welcoming and helpful and this has helped me come to a decision of what I want to go with for my kitchen and laundry benchtops and splashbacks. I'm now looking forward to having the renovation completed so that I can enjoy the Stone Ambassador range that I choose. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I visited the showroom in Dandenong South, and upon entry was welcomed by Tim at the front reception. Tim was extremely helpful in wandering the showroom with me and answering any questions I had regarding their products on display.I was shown a large and varied selection of both porcelain and engineered stone. Physically seeing the stone in massive slabs and being able to touch the product helped to clarify my decision on which stone was best for my space.I was also assisted by Ty who nailed some of the finer detail queries I had as I was leaving.All round great experience.

A very well presented showroom, and great customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and patient. It was great seeing the stone of my choice in a big slab. Will definetely be ordering our bench top from Stone Ambassador.
