Terrible service. Submitted documents for our tax returns in early July. Chased several times and has not once replied to an email or returned a phone call nor offered any reason our returns haven’t been submitted.

I have been dealing with Daniel for many years regarding my personal and company tax. Daniel is extremely professional and helpful and nothing is too difficult. He will take the time to answer your questions and will go above and beyond to research queries.I highly recommend Daniel if you want an honest and reliable accountant!

Started out okay with company accounts. Then moved over SMSF and personal accounts. Somehow, probably due to him taking on more new work than he could handle, things fell through the gaps. SMSF was not submitted for audit, we copped the fines. Company returns not submitted, we copped the fined. We moved accountants to a professional firm. Then had to waste time chasing Daniel to follow up paperwork. Even driving an hour to sit in his office while he sorted things out. What hurts most is we, naively, recommended our son use Daniel for his first tax returns. This has resulted in him now being audited for 2016 returns for expenses. He will be fine (honest to a fault our son) but avoidable if DH did a proper job.Avoid at all costs. He is not cheap as a CA, and this does not guarantee a professional service. Very disappointed.

After seeing multiple accountants over the years, we found Dan Hillier and it was the best decision we made. Dan is trustworthy, professional and efficient. We recommend him to all businesses and individuals.

Absolutely disgraceful service, 4 months waiting to get our tax done. Numerous calls and emails and nothing. He states that you are the only one he deals with, he does nothing!!! Doesn't return calls or emails or do the work... I would never ever recommend this guy. I wouldn't even give him one star, but had to to get this review in...

Having worked with Daniel, I can confirm that his knowledge and competency in tax and associated services is second to none. At this cost, you will not receive better service elsewhere.A number of the reviews below are lacking in detail. The nature of tax working requires that clients provide documentation to their tax agent in a timely manner. Those who are willing to play their part in providing information will not be disappointed.
