Disappointed outcomeSo I came into Maddy’s salon with intentions of making my hair lighter than what it is, my hair had been previously dyed with professional products and hadn’t been dyed in a long time, i ended up leaving the salon with virtually the same colour but blended. 2 weeks after the appointment i expressed to Maddy that i wasn’t happy with the outcome because my hair looks the same , she said that my hair should lighten up after a few washes and it didn’t, instead it looks like the dye had washed out and my haircut was actually not even. she offered me a discounted service and then later after i msgd her changed it to a free service to fix my hair , I said i didn’t want to come back and asked for the remainder of my after-payments to be at least stopped or refunded which she said was fine at the time. Now i have msgd asking if she stopped the payments but then she said it’s actually non-refundable so the terms of payment were not clear, and then insisted that she explained everything the best she could at the time of the service which obviously wasn’t clear again because i was not expecting to still have the same colour when leaving that day; ive had my hair dyed before and its never been hard to lighten it up a few levels. After being declined a refund of the money i had already paid she then continues to tell me that she can’t trust me if someone or myself could have cut my hair at home!
