Staff was so friendly and nice .. I reached 4:45 pm for X-ray and they were closing in 15 minutes but they still did for me . Really appreciate their support and services.

Absolutely worse customer service, most of times they will never call you on time if you arrive earlier But they will cancel your appointment if you even 5 minutes late,I was in so much pain but no empathy and zero customer service,heart broken will never ever go here even this will be only shop on the earth,it was my mistake and waste of time to book here, because of 5 minutes a girl from reception cancelled my appointment

Just get my pregnancy ultrasound sound here, the staff very nice and professional. Love how the sonographer explain everything about the scan and very patient to us. Examination room also very clean and neat! Love it! Definitely recommended and will do my next scan here again

Absolute worst service!!!With all COVID restrictions ended they had the nerve to tell me to leave my 3 and a half month old baby in the car with my sister. What lunacy is this!!!The whole world is moving on and we're at a point now where we have to accept and live with COVID. What makes you so special and different?? Disgusting and I will never be coming here or recommending anyone to ever come here.Absolutely lost for words.

Today, call to Tarneit radiology Center,I am so pleased with the service helpful to book appointment for mum straight away.The front desk at reception is so helpful and friendly in professional (Kylie).She so wonderful, thank you so much for her help for booking . I can rate her in 5 stars!

I have attended this radiologist many many times and every time has been an amazing experience. Right through from reception staff to the staff performing my ultrasound, x-rays and CT scans. I can also access my own records online. No long wait times. I highly recommend this clinic. Very Professional and friendly.

Have booked the appointment and still need to wait for 50 minutes before i decide to walk out of the clinic. There were a lot of people come after me and get service first . Dont know how they handle with the appointment .

Lately this facility has just gone worse. I have been going here for most of my scans since so many years. This time it was worst. I was approximately 7 mins late for my appointment due to some problems and i was asked to be waited without any ETA. I approached the receptionist after almost 50mins of wait as i could see others were popped in without appointment and were being called in. After an hour of waiting i was told that i might need to wait for another hour or so. No ETA again. This was ridiculous and completely unacceptable. There were instances in past when i arrived in time and still was made to wait. This time they were taking undue advanatge and providing exuces just coz i was few minutes late. They are not having any empathy just there to make money from Medicare and customers. The management needs to work on this and honour booked appointments before walkins and provide ETA so the people are not kept waiting forever...
