What a rip off.They tried to sell me a used PS5 controller for $110 when I can get a new one for $120 from EB Games, and $105 from Amazon with same day delivery.They won't even willing to do a price match and when I approached the supervisor about it she was rude and gave me the stink eye for telling her that they were selling something used controller for the price of a new one.Never going there again, and I suggest that everyone do the same if you don't want to get scammed.

This place was amazing. I went to buy all fast and the furious and it was cheap $2.00 to $4.00 for one movie for fast and the furious the service was so good.

I go there pretty often to sell old games, you really won't get a better price anywhere else. Staff are always super helpful and friendly.My only complaint is the contact number is useless.

Got served by the girl with the butterfly tattoo on her arm. I opened my movies when I got home and she had thrown them in dvd case with the dvds still inside the plastic slips, so lazy you get paid don't you so do your job properly.

If I could give no star I would.The service and downright contempt against customers is disgusting. A certain manager" Stephanie was asked by a new employee if they could send my sons mobile phone off as the internal screen seems to be faulty. They did a warranty check to determaine and nd after he spoke to Stephanie the apparent manager who was hiding behind the counter the whole time!!! She decided that its not under warranty to fix the fault. Another employee apologised to us and said that it should be looked at deeper. So I asked to speak with ""Stephanie"" who was still hiding behind the wall and she still refused to show her face for a chat about my sons phone he had recently bought from another store.Never in my life have I seen such despicable customer service by a so called Manager. No customer skills

I called into the store the other day and was pleasantly met by Mary. A Shining star in the CEX family, offering me some very useful advice unfortunately today didn’t have what I was searching for. My next comments are no reflection on any experience or any Sydney store that I frequent. But in the famous words of the Boss. “ I need a little reaction.” I did some digging today and discovered that 380 CEX stores across the UK. offer a Repair service, drop off and pick up. Now I have had lengthy “communications “ shall we say with CEX feedback and complaints and this topic was on my agenda. Australia is in CRISIS. Came in a week ago and brought a PS4 all was good until I got home and went to try charge the remote and it wouldn’t hold battery so I was needing to have it plugged in 24/7 , came in again 8/12/22 to get a new controller because the man who initially sold me it said if I have a issue come straight back , so I did when I finally got a day off of work , to come home put it on charge and go to work to now come home and see that 1 of the main buttons do not work on the controller, I don’t know what is going on with cex but they used to check everything , now they don’t care enough about customer purchase quality. Very disappointed

I usually buy my phones from here and they are usually still great quality
