My daughter Lacey bought a new car today, the salesman Damien was fantastic, not pushy or trying to upsell. She is extremely happy with her Honda Jazz.

I bought a car from interstate from this company. It presented really well and the salesman assured me that it was a great car.However upon getting the car home I discovered it had lived on the beach and was rust effected greatly reducing the value and saleability, well to anyone with morals anyway!

Bought a car from this business. The staff were all very helpful and professional. Jason was very helpful and showed me all the features of the car. I do not live close to the Barossa so they drove the car to me for a test drive and also delivered the purchased car to my work, all detailed and ready to go. Was a very pleasant experience, could not recommend them highly enough.

The service dept. is second to none!! Their work is spot-on.

Bought a Amarok through the Nuriootpa dealership and dealt with Jason, who was a very friendly, honest salesman. The whole dealership was very welcoming and professional.

The guys at Barossa Auto Group were fantastic with our purchase of a new Honda CRV. They did us a good deal without all the back and forth negotiation, which is normally not much fun, so that made it easier to buy from them. We live in Adelaide and the even bought a loan car (a current model CRV!) down to our house as a loan car for two weeks until our car arrived. Couldn't ask for a better buying experience.

2.5 hours to change a battery! Staff said it would be a few minutes. Covid protocols almost non existent. Masks either not worn or badly worn, no evidence of cleaning, no qr code, no density limit and reception staff have no idea of the rules.

I picked up my rav4 tonight from work. I love our professionalism we display. I thank Jason Cooke our used car sales consultant for showing me how things work and taking the time out for his fellow worker, your a truly lovely man and I appreciate what you and the sales team did for Adam and I. If your in the market for new or used vehicles come to the barossa. Thanks again team #family

Bought a car six months ago from these guys and was possibly one of the worst experience I have ever had. The Bloke who had sold me the car was polite and professional. But the vehicle was sold to me beyond road worthy. its taken about $9000 and counting to get this car to a drivable condition. everything from busted wheel bearings to broken air conditioner,broken door locks, broken left hand suspension, tray incorrectly fitted, was sold to me with 3 months rego on paper (but wasn't rego'd) got a nice fine from the police for that. Car had clearly never been serviced in some time with fule filter rusted to screw cap and oil was almost like putty. The band new exhaust I had fitted on the car through the dealer was done so poorly that after the first couple of drive it had cracked off completely. Clearly no maintenance or servicing was done to the vehicle prior to it being sold to me. I have lost big time due to this dodgy dealer. Never again, I have certainly learnt a harsh but valuable lesson.
