I have looked at a lot of JD Capital Instagram promotion and advertising and must advice general caution.It appears the team are dynamic and driven.We obviously are following them closely as we are keen to link up with effective property investment advisors.However, some of the interest rates they publish are not true rates and some of the data they are reporting are untrue and false that misleads viewers.Most recently they advertise a purchase at 14-16 Orr St Lyneton Vic 3444 which was purchased for $600,000 in Dec 2021 and reported today June 2023 18 months later an uplift with bank valuation to 1,121,000. When queried JD Capital refused to provide further information about how this 100% equity uplift was achieved and when you look at desktop valuation and recent sale data, there is no way that the 1,121,000 would hold true in the current market.This is just one of many faking examples plus false rate advertisement these guys are doing.Do your research and if you are any experienced investor you would know that nothing beats the truth.
