Went there the other week went in asked for exactly what I wanted (I wanted 17inch rims and a larger tyre for my 4x4)apparently it’s illegal to change rim size. they wouldnt let me pick the rim I liked as it’s only available for patrols apparently. Wouldn’t let me change my offset to fill the guard with the tyre.

I've been a long term customer of this store for a good several years and only had good things to say up until now, but won't be going back after my most recent visit. I went in and like usual, told them the exact model of tyre and the size I wanted. The pushy salesman started telling me that it wasn't a good choice (rubbish, it's highly regarded and I also currently run it on all my cars) and started recommending other tyres which were more expensive. No matter how many times I said I don't want that one

If I could give a minus I would. Ive been there before and thought I’ll give them another shot. I had an appointment booked to get 4x tyres changed at 10am. Arrived there and Jamie says it’ll be about 90min to 2 hrs max. I said fine and waited there a bit and decided to get an Uber to westlakes shopping centre. After about 2.5hr we decided to head back thinking the car would be ready. When we got there they haven’t even started on the car. We have spend 4 hours waiting to get 4 tyres changed which works out to one hour per tyre. The manager needs to look at their time management or stop slotting people in with no appointment. I have no problem waiting if they were honest and gave us a call apologising and saying look it’ll be another hour or two more while we were out. Saying sorry doesn’t make up for the fact I lost nearly a whole day. To offer a voucher or merchandise to soften the tension nothing was offered. Don’t go there unless you want to spend a whole day waiting!!!!

Charged me for four-wheel wheel alignments on three occasions, when the rear wheels can’t be adjusted. Told my mum they couldn’t repair a tyre that Bridgestone themselves had no issue fixing. She’s also just received a “two year check up” email for tyres they told her she’d bought in 2018? More trustworthy options in the Port.

Best customer service I've had. Harrison was fantastic and extremely helpful. Treated me like a human. Tyres are brilliant. Could not be happier and will definitely be back for all future tyre needs.

Had 4 new tyres replaced. Something was wrong with their alingnment equipment/operator and they directed me to another branch in the city. When I arrived the Manager told me his operator is not in that day. Phoned the branch and was again directed to another city branch which did the alingnment after I waited for 1 & half hours. Ended up having to take the vehicle back again because the alingnment was not done correctly. Only to be told by that manager that the steering wheel cannot be centred/alingned when 4 tyres are replaced and I should accept that the steering wheel will be askew while driving around the city...seriously? Will avoid this place at all cost in the future. Absolutely pathetic client service.

When a Michelin 235/50 ZR 18 Pilot Sport5 tyre fails on the 3rd week after fitment after running below 500 kms, washing their hands off any responsibility is ‘bad ‘.They then said they could order a tire for me at reduced price. They weren’t doing me a favour, a I was able to get the same tire from another dealer for less. (I have the invoices ).I’m glad I didn’t meet with an accident on the highway when the Michelin tyre burst.Michelin quality is a fake story. Michelin tyres are unreliable. Don’t pay top dollar for dirt quality . And dealers who peddle such dodgy products are as unethical .

I came here last week and the service was AMAZINING. All the staff were friendly and the coffee machine in the waiting room was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Marcus (the manager) was probably the best because he gives me a honest selection of what tires and wheels are good for my car. They even had price guarantee. From now on I am coming here

Got my new tyres here, which I'm happy with, but ive never received the follow up service before from other tyre places, as I do with this company. They look after you and the guys are so friendly and helpful
