We have posted a review and raised our concern regarding an outdated product that they sold for our infant (last review). They replied saying that we will be contacted. It's been a month and we haven't heard from them. Even we sent them a follow up email and yet to receive a response. Very disappointing and disrespectful business!

Super expensive, Bad service. I went with prescription forDiabetes sick wife. it was Sat 8:30 PM and chemist warehouse was closed. They sold this prescribed medication for $158.7, this was the same medicine I bought for $130 from chemist warehouse last time. I had no choice except buying it. They even tried to sell me a membership., I'll never go again.

Went in just before closing time to get a pharmacy item that was told by other pharmacies would take 2-3 days to come in. The Pharmacy assistants were great. Ordered it that night and rang me at 10.00 am next morning to say it was in. Exceptional service. Thank you.

This is definitely my favourite National Pharmacies. They have such a wide range of most of the items that they stock, the staff are all extremely friendly and have excellent product knowledge. When you walk in you get a sense of belonging, you’re greeted by a friendly face and made to feel very welcome. The store is also always at an excellent temperature as well, perfect on a hot day.

Crazy pricing, slow service, no customer service.Price increases, and dropping membership to only 10% off on brands that were worth paying for membership.Concept stores and online here I come. Most will offer a discount without having to pay a fee.

One of the most hostile places I have ever shopped inMaybe they should employ staff that actually want a job or train the staff they have on customer service.The store has such a negative feel to it.This is why online shopping is taking over, no rude shop assistants to deal with.Membership is ridiculous, why would anyone in this day and age pay to get discount when so many other chains offer savings and price matches with no membership fee.As for customer service, Nationals don't offer customer service with their membership fee.

Horribly rude staff with zero communication skills. A staff member had the audacity to mock my mothers accent over the phone — very shocking and disgusting. All they care about is sales and deliver terrible customer service. Manager was equally unsupportive.

Very disappointed, we purchased a medication for our infant. We then (after using it) noticed they have given us an already expired product!! This is seriously concerning and completely wrong which could be dangerous.

I've had such a pleasant experience every time I've been into this store, the pharmacists are attentive and always willing to go the extra mile for patients. I've only had small scripts filled but have time and time again seen their compassion towards other patients with more complex medical conditions as well as doing free blood pressure checks.Good work team!

RUDE unfriendly shop woman omgLast 2 times I went here I found the women serving were rude cold as ice and totally unfriendly and not helpfulWow dont dare ask a simple question about anything they don't careget some people skills or change jobs never will I go back hereDoubled my price on my script funny how they decided to change it when i queried it because I mentioned another chemist is half the priceI would have gone there but not open today public holiday???
