Fantastic service - I phoned right before a public holiday and they were so helpful about handling a last minute order. The flower arrangement was beautiful and I was so grateful that they were willing to make such an effort to deliver it on time.

Very disappointed in the quality and size of the bouquet I ordered. I was also further disappointed when they agreed the bouquet was substandard and only offered a part refund when all I wanted was a replacement bouquet delivered. So they failed to correct their mistake. I would certainly not recommend this company.

Ordered flowers for my wedding staff were just the best very helpful took time out as I wasn't sure what to get the only florist that was willing to assist me when I stressed my budget was very tight highly recommended as 3 other florist in the area didn't give me the time of day.flowers were absolutely gorgeous wish enchanted flowers of woy woy all the success as they were still willing to help me even after I told the lady I didn't have a lot of money to spend. well done will recommend you guys
