Carly and her team are full of knowledge on health and fitness and from the moment you walk in you are always greeted with a friendly hello and big smiles.The pilates classes have been really great for me as a beginner and have loved joining and building my confidence and skills.The mouth watering smoothies are so thick and delish you'll want to try them all! And to be able to rehydrate after a pilates class is an added bonus! Really does not disappoint.

Carly and the beautiful team at Impact have helped me like no other. Impact has motivated me to get into if my physical health, mental health and health work life balance. The smoothie bar gives me a sense of belonging, and gives me the extra push to get through the day. Did I mention the products! I have never had so much energy to get up, start the day and get to the end of it like this before. Thank you everyone at Impact! Look forward to our weekly hang out.

My absolute favourite place. The owner Carly is so positive and friendly and makes you feel so welcome. I’ve tried almost all of the protein smoothie flavours and they are all incredible. You cant go wrong with any of the teas or aloe flavours everything is amazing.

I love to visit here weekly. It’s a welcoming vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Carly the owner is so knowledgeable about all things health and nutrition. And the Pilates studio is amazing. The instructors make it a fun vibe unlike your typical gym scenario.Love meeting with like minded people in a safe and fun spaceYou just pop in for a delicious smoothie or sign up for a Pilates class. You won’t be disappointed.

Carly went out of her way to deliver some products and a smoothie to me when I had Covid and we barely knew each other!Now I’m hooked, and go in there for an amazing smoothie service at least once a week. Always accompanied by a friendly chat:-)
