I also have seniors classes that are low impact workouts designed specifically for those aged 55+ Exercise in the beautiful outdoors of the midcoast region

Fitness By The Beach is a wonderful excersise class!!Thank you Bec, for giving me the motivation for me to become active.I attend the senior classes, which are designed for all levels of ability.Bec, who is our professional, & understanding instructor encourages us to work at our own pace, so there is no pressure to keep up with others.I am so glad I started these classes, my strength, balance & fitness are improving, I now look forward to my next class.I thoroughly recommend Fitness By The Beach, so come along & be active, meet lovely people, whilst having fun.

Fitness by the Beach
‘Fitness by the Beach’ is such a great alternative to a gym. You’re outside exercising where you should be - not stuck inside four walls.Bec is such a fantastic trainer - I am part way through her 8 week program and the results I’ve seen so far are amazing.Becs classes are structured for people of all different fitness levels - so if you’re just starting out you have nothing to worry about.
