A good salon for African men with thick hair. The barber was very thorough. He even cut my white man's hair and did a great job. :-)

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOU’RE MONEY!!! the lady with short brown hair doesn’t know how to braid. (Zimbabwean lady ) It took her 4 hours to do 10-12 braids. The hair was falling out the next morning. I had to go to another hair dresser in western Sydney to fix it. I was charged $180 for 10-12 braids by this place. When I went to get it fixed elsewhere the lady couldn’t believe what a horrible job had been done. The lovely lady didn’t charge me for the service she charged me for packets of box braids.VERY DISAPPOINTED. They offered to give me partial refund but they kept ignoring my calls and giving me a run around.SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS!!0/10

Horrible, horrible place the service was worthless. My son had his hair braided, and he cried from pain the whole time he was getting his hair braided. I didn’t understand why he was crying so much until I watched a video back because my son was in so much pain for over an hour. I wish this business would closedown. I hate those people, those African women and I’m an African-American. HATE HATE HATE what they did to my son.

I came here to get my dreadlocks extensions done. I had an appointment booked at 8am, at around 12 another client came in, and his hair was done, as I waited for mine to be finished. In these 4 hours, we had done only the back row of my head (4 strands of dreadlocks), and the other guy. I am patient, and since I wanted a good job done, I didn’t complain, and waited. I made it clear from the beginning I had dinner reservations at 5. That’s when we finished, because there were so many interruptions to the service and constant phone calls and distractions on the hairdressers part. By the time I get home and look at the back of my head, the work was badly done, and looked incomplete. I’m so angry because for dreadlocks you have to cut off your hair if you want a change. Attached is photos of what I got. Please not that the dreadlock extension were bought from Etsy, and were being attached to my natural hair. It’s so inconsistent and lumpy and some look like they’re already thinning out. I’m livid. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. This review is not on the hairdresser, she was lovely, but the service wasn’t.

charged 200$ 1hr Dreadlooks maintenances! spent 3 hours inside there cause she was doing other customers hair and selling food to all the peoples coming! Not professional at all, never again
