Such an irresponsible staff and worst service. I ordered Fish cut and clean and they didn't cut and kept me waiting and just wrap in paper without cutting and cleaning and when I call them they don't have courtesy to apologise.

I’ve been there in Fish Pier in Pacific Werribee yesterday afternoon and bought Australian Red Snapper weighs about 4kg @ $16/kg. During cleaning, it was very soft and it wasn’t smell fresh. Very disappointed.The only thing I could say about this shop was very clean and tidy.

Been coming here since they opened after the upgrade to Pacific Werribee and always happy with the service and product.Great range on offer, from fish, to prawns, oysters and scallops.Things can be on the pricey side but that's the norm with good quality seafood.We regularly get the barramundi and flathead fillets, always fresh and great tasting.

Fresh fish but when the girl was weighing there were 5 pieces of tropical snapper after cleaning she packed it, when I open at home there were only 4 pieces one missing.

my wife aske to cut up the fish but she specifically asked to keep everything including fish stomach........noticed when she got home including stomach other bits that are a delicacy where missing......very shifty!!!
