That company has more professional Managers in call centre than professional cleaners. Seems to me all so weird. Friendly woman sitting on the phone and assign cleaning jobs to unprofessional people. Just be careful, the people who is on the phone are not your cleaners. Maybe you put photos of the cleaning people on your website instead of the management because customers have to deal with cleaners face to face not the hidden managers. I booked a cleaner and she canceled without letting me know. After I rang her the cleaner told me she just woke up and couldn’t come and found excuses why she missed the job . The company didn’t manage to get me replacement. Why not a manager just jumped in and came to clean? Exactly this people just manage and don’t actually work and have no clue who the cleaners are, they assign jobs like an agency. I actually now have concerns about my safety because they provided my personal details to a person I don’t even know that never came to do the job. So dissatisfied and so unprofessional. Save your time and just stay away from this company.

I recently used Absolute Domestics for a one-time deep cleaning service. I advised them that I would be paying in cash and asked that the cleaner have $15 in change. However, the message regarding the change was not passed on to the cleaner, and she was not aware of my request. Luckily, she was able to scrounge up some change from her car.The cleaner, who is an independent contractor, initiated contact with me to sort out the details of the cleaning service, despite her being the one who messaged me, a couple of messages in she needed me to clarify who I was. This was confusing as I had already provided my name and contact information when I made the initial booking. Despite her messaging a few days later asking if she could postpone our appointment by a few hours, she was still half an hour late, with no message advising of such, until I messaged her asking her where she is. After showing her what needed to be done, she then went to get her equipment and supplies. I asked her if we start the two-hour timer now, but she said that the timer starts from when she arrives. Which if that was the case, she should have brought her supplies with her on the first trip, and not within the time allocated for cleaning. When giving my feedback to the customer service agent afterwards, she confirmed that the timer was meant to start when they are ready to clean, not when they arrive.The cleaning itself was satisfactory, and the cleaner was friendly.The customer service from the customer service agent who dealt with my feedback was excellent, she was very kind and understanding of my frustrations. She apologized for the issues and she was so understanding and professional that I decided to give Absolute Domestics another try, despite my negative experience with the independent contractor.However, the follow-up was lacking, as I was supposed to receive a message from another cleaner to sort out the details of my weekly cleaning service, but I never received it. I received two messages from Absolute Domestics after my scheduled fortnightly cleaning, noting that my scheduled clean appears to have been missed and wanted a yes/no to confirm, but despite saying yes both times, nothing was followed up.In conclusion, I would not recommend this service. The customer service is good, but the independent contractors cannot be relied upon to provide a consistent and satisfactory service. The company also needs to ensure that requests from customers are passed on to the cleaners in a timely manner, and that the cleaners understand the proper protocol for the cleaning service, including the timing of the service.

Pathetic service. Made the worst mistake of my life getting them to do an exit clean. Put scratches on the splashback. We had to pay $1200 from our bond.We kept the apartment in excellent condition throughout the year only for them to come in and danage the property.NEVER hire this company, especially Adam and Janet. Rather do it yourself!Incompetent cleaners.Never recommending this company!

They need to improve their vetting process. We were sent a cleaner who didn't know which products to use, then the last straw was a cleaner who only did the floors and counters - left the stove, toilets and shower screens dirty. But then instead of wearing the cost of sending a new cleaner, they make the cleanser have to pay you back even though it was AD's job to make sure they were qualified. This put us in a really awkward position so we ended up paying for poor service and have had to now find a new cleaner ourselves. What is the point of going through an agency if you can't trust them to send a decent cleaner?

I tried booking a fortnightly clean with this company, and received an email saying that I had everything arranged and someone would contact me shortly to finalise details. A week later I received a message saying that all was arranged, but if I had not yet heard anything re: details, etc., to give their number a call. I rang them saying I'd heard nothing, and over the phone they told me the day my clean was arranged, but could give me no further information. They said they'd have the cleaner ring me ASAP. A week later and still nothing, and then I received a message asking me to rate how my clean was. I never got one. And more annoyingly, I stayed home all day (on the day I had been told of when I rang them) to meet the cleaner and discuss my cleaning needs. So nothing happened, no communication - nothing other than a complete waste of my time. I rang the company back and explained what had happened, and the lady on the other end tried to make it seem as though it was my fault as I had asked about flexibility in my initial booking request (before I even put my cleaning request through I had emailed about this and was told something could be worked out, but it seems they changed their minds). This was not my issue. My issue was no communication and n-oone turning up to clean my house. They said they'd look into what had happened and will call me back to explain. That was weeks ago, and surprise surprise, no phonecall. Nothing. Don't waste your time!

Marjana and Milan are always reliable. They do an excellent job and have never let us down in thee many. years they. have cleaned our house for us. I highly recommend both. them andd the company Absolute Domestics

Our cleaner Jo has been with our family for at least 3-4years now and she does a fantastic job. Always on time, does anything extra I need that week and is super thoughtful

Absolutely terrible job!! Dirty footprint left on bathroom floor, hair left in drain, bits of soap left on shower floor, nothing wiped down properly etc etc etc. Jane has been very unhelpful with any resolution due to them using sub contractors. Sub-contractors are used so you have very little to no comeback for the very substandard job done and the ability to receive a refund for any work. We spent 5 hours cleaning after they had been through to get it to a satisfactory standard. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
