Plush Nunawading

I recently purchased a sofa from Plush Furniture store and I was very impressed with the customer service. Helan was especially helpful with managing the delivery and ensuring that everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Plush Furniture store to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and excellent customer service.

We ordered x2 chairs from this store on the 18th of April and were originally told it would be 12-14 weeks turn around with delivery. It's now 20 weeks and just been told it's going to be another 6 weeks before we get it. The product is ready now but delivery is another problem. This store has no interaction with the delivery service and you receive a text booking you into a date with no contact details. The follow up was a conversation saying to be home or wait another 6 weeks. We were not available to be home on the single date they could deliver on a Friday. The customer service from the store has been good but the wait times are very long. This is a very busy store. Expect long delays outside of the window they tell you.

Went into Plush Nunawading today and purchased a 3 and 2 seat sofa pair.I was so impressed by not only the product knowledge, but by the friendliness of the salesperson Lisa who assisted me with my purchase. She was so 'on point' with everything I personally expect when I am a customer making a big purchase- thank you! And also a special mention to the other two ladies who work there (sorry, I didn't get your names), i was chatting to them while waiting for my paperwork, and they are so personable as well.Such a great team!The store has a 'blink and you'll miss it location

I purchased before from plush and Nick scarli before, never had any problem, thought I was in good hands, apparently Nick Scarli have taken over Plush, the service and follow up the worst I have experienced in years.Was told sofa would arrive early June, and delivery $85, then with no real apologies or sorry, told over three month delay.(I was understanding as delays do occur)The sofa arrived August, was given only one date for delivery a Friday (I own a business, have children so did not suit) asked for a Mon, Tues, Wed for delivery and was told because I wasn't making myself available I will have to wait a other month! Also delivery is now $100, regardless of what was written in my original receipt. (Plush support were very difficult on the phone)Called the store, spoke to Tim, who was more difficult and very dismissive, and said that Nick Scarli management don't care about customers" after purchase and "other customers experince far worst service".(I was speechless!)I sent an email and called Plush support a number of times

We ordered our Pasadena sofa today at the Nunawading store after a few visits over the long weekend.We were lucky enough to have Showroom Manager Andrea look after us. She was a delight to deal with and provided guidance when needed and we didn't feel pressured to rush our decision.We would strongly recommend others who are looking at Plush to seek her assistance as she was very patient throughout our sofa journey.Thanks Andrea!!

Appalling service. Wrong couch and dimensions delivered. Absolute process to get them to arrange for the correct couch. Then complete stuff up in delivering the new couch. Delivery drivers fine, Plush / Nick Scali head office make no sense in their decisions and completely no interest in customer satisfaction or doing what’s right for the customer.

Couch purchased in August 2022 and was told it would take 12-14 weeks. This is absolutely NOT true and has been blown out to January 2023. Based on other reviews on here other people have bought products prior and it has taken more than 12-14 weeks and yet staff continue to inform customers that it's 12-14 weeks. Would suggest going through your credit card company for a refund as it's misleading to say 12-14 weeks when in fact it's much longer. Most people would not purchase of they knew it would take over 12-14 weeks. Credit card companies are good at dealing with this and you should be able to get a full 100% refund. Of course I suggest not purchasing at all.

Was told the couch would take 12-14 weeks, but ended up taking 20 weeks. Quality of the couch is great. No option to pay the outstanding without incurring a fee. Had to call the office to perform a bank transfer, but had to follow up consistently. Agree with other comments, since Nick Scali has taken over, customer service is non existing. Also with the amount of money you spend on their products, delivery should be free!

I cannot speak highly enough of this store and the incredible staff who assisted us. A special thank you to Vanessa who provided us with the best service we have ever received. Would not shop anywhere else and would highly recommend to everyone!

We have had the best experience with Plush Nunawading! Andrea was so patient with us (we were very indecisive) but guided us with her knowledge and we are so happy with our purchase! All the staff there have been so friendly and helpful, and the quality of the furniture is superior! Will definitely shop there again!
