Not Open Saturday morning so if you have a parcel to pick up. And you work out of town Monday to Friday its time off work just to collect. Thanks Aussie post.

I had a bad experience here just couple weeks ago. The lady was so mean and so was the elderly man as i tried to send an international parcel. I actually burst into tears because i can't handle confrontations. I really hope they can improve and be kinder or more knowledgeable.

Setvice is usually slow and parcel delivery take a while. Would be nice if open on Saturday (even for half day) to make pickup more available for the working class.

Stood waiting along with about 12 other people to be served while the only 2 attendants took 30 plus minutes doing applications of some sort that required photos, copying of id, deciphering through qualifying information and completing application forms that were not yet filled out By the applicant.This is poor customer service.

I arrived at 3:35 to have my son's passport photos taken. The Australia post website says no appointment necessary. There were 2 staff working and 3 customers including myself. I was told by the lady that they won't do them this late in the day. When I asked if I should book in she told me just go to mt pleasant. What's the point of the service if you won't do it.

Not open Saturdays. Terrible opening hours- very difficult for those working full time. Unable to manage long lines. Understaffed. Many customer leaving frustrated/irate. After waiting in a line that started at the door was told that a parcel that was an attempted delivery would not be back at the post office until Monday.

Went this morning to purchase a plain Mailing box and was told they never sell them. I went on to say I saw them on the website and the older lady says they don't sell them on the website either. I don't know where she's been or what she's been doing but was a little embarrassing to be told such with a straight face and in front of people. The Website definitely sells plain mailing boxes.

Terry provides an outstanding service to his customers. He provides honest advice and services to help reduce prices for the customer. Yes, at times there are long lines but this is what to expect in a small regional post office when everyone finishes work at the same time.

My partner went into pick up a package this morning and ask a few question regarding said package (why its wasn't delivered when we paid for it) the lady pretty much said it wasn't her problem and told him to move along. This was the first and only time he will use this post office. Very unhappy and will be having all other packages sent to a different post office.

This is not it’s correct location. It’s up the road near the Woolworths. Don’t waste your time walking around looking for it near Coles like I did.
