The female who passed our food at 3:00pm today 25/6/2023 was rude! Had her fingers on the side cream cone! Wasn’t looking where she was passing when passed to us, no napkin. The large Choc sundae had hardly any chocolate fudge so passed back to request more and she passed back the same but had chocolate on her fingers and on the sundae cup. Apple pie was cold the nuggets were cold and the frappe looked like brown milk in a cup with no ice cream or cream! This person was of a superior position no trainee so no excuse! We are paying customers and this person shouldn’t be working in this position! Get your staff some customer service and training on hygiene and food handling! Absolutely rude member of your team!

I've been to this McDonald's only two occasions. Both times the amount of customers were scarce and yet the staff get so many things wrong relating to the orders. The first occasion, I ordered a large Caramel Deluxe ice coffee and the Caramel was undistinguishable, I also ordered a coffee frappe which somehow had Chai added. The Toasted sandwich wasn't even Toasted properly. The second occasion I ordered through the App and they didn't pay attention to the drink or the sauce. I ordered a Fanta and was given coke, I ordered Big Mac sauce and was given sweet and Sour. We ordered two Medium Deluxe Ice coffees separately and were charged & given Large. On this occasion there were no cars in front of us and only one behind us. I find the lack of attention inexcusable.

The image below is what i got.the image in the shop looked alot better. Over the top mayo, sloppiest burger in the world. Had to throw the mess in the bin and its a gourmet menu item. To pricey for that rubbish.Hello hungry jack here i come. It was a double bacon burger, so why the mayo?

Worst driving through experience ever.Staff was unable to take payment and asked me to drive through again.First time ever this happened to me.I left without food and bought elsewhere.Here's some advice for you:You order here.You pay here.You collect here.Simple isn't it?How do you expect people to know where to go, if your windows are closed and nobody is there to collect the payment?

It's one of the few McDonald's that I've always received hot fries that also look like they should (not looking like they've been refried), the burgers are around the temp they should be & I never get bad soft drink mixes where it tastes more like soda water. My only ever qualm I have here is the double laned drive through. Sometimes been sitting waiting to be served & someone can drive moments later into the other lane & somehow get served first. I notified the manager so hopefully a rectified issue but yeah, not the be all

Ordered a “flat white” and when the coffee was handed to me I thought hmm seems a little light.. opened the lid and sure enough there’s approximately an inch and a half of froth.. certainly not what I asked for or value for money.. next time I’ll go to a proper coffee chain.
