I bought a top of the line Wertheim vacuum cleaner from here sometime ago. It recently had an issue with the actuator roller not spinning so I brought it in today to see what could be done.The two gentlemen on the counter took it apart, showed me the issue, spent 10mins clearing it and she was back working again, no fuss, out the door back home to continue doing the housework I’m pretending to do in front of my spouse.Great service from here and highly recommended from me!

I recently purchased multiple Robovacs from the Tea Tree Plaza store and was attended to by Brett. He was the most friendliest and efficient salesperson I have ever come across in those type of stores. Paid top dollar for our vacuum cleaner and the sales guy tore our filter during demo showing how to clean it. Promised he would get us a new one (this was may 2018). Went in store several times with a pathetic excuse every time. Will never go back there with such poor after sales service. Stay clear.

I went in to purchase a Carpet Cleaner. I was served by Cameron and he was very helpful in helping me decide which cleaner was right for me and my budget and also showed demonstrations on how each different cleaner worked. Couldn't be happier with the service he gave. I definitely recommend this Godfreys store.

Long time customer, always bad with warranting machines.Bought a new machine recently breaks down in a month refuse to exchange informed it will be a 8 weeks wait.Do not buy anything here, it’s cheaper online and it’s manufacturer warranty anyway!
