Excellent shopping experiences thanks to Jerome and the staff, who are always very pleasant and go out of their way to help. Big supermarket chains can never match the customer service and flexibility that a really good local supermarket like Renaissance can provide.

Love this IGA, mostly friendly and helpful staff (besides one girl who rolls her eyes at me!!). The cheese range is phenomenal, great range of gluten free/dietary requirements products. Great little local supermarket.

They have great range of products, especially more non standard ones like several choices of European foods like sauerkraut, rare spices, craft sweets and cakes and special breads as well as a sushi bar and an amazing deli at the back. But I especially like the long term staff members that you grow to know, joke with and almost feel that they are a member of the family. This is a rare thing compared to the hussle and bustle of a busy large chain supermarket.

I used to love this supermarket. Before Christmas 2022, I was accused by a female cashier of not paying on a previous visit. She was speaking at the TOP OF HER VOICE and the supermarket was crowded. I was horrified and asked if she was sure it was me. She said it definitely was and she had the receipt" to prove it. I was then told to stay where I was and she went to find the allegedly unpaid "receipt". She could not find said "receipt"

Expensive BUT a really nice quality selection of produce, meats and shelf goods. Their deli section has great offerings, and their canned, bottled, and packaged goods are of excellent quality and with a decent variety to select from.It is not too big or too small overall it is a perfectly sized supermarket of top end goods. I visited on a Monday about 1.30pm and the parking lot had a quickly moving population with the odd spare spot. I will definitely go there again as it was a pleasant, easy, in and out trip, with good things to choose from, with a quick well staffed checkout setup.

Good selection of small artisan brands. Heaps of stuff you won't find in many other shops. Prices are a little high though, and make sure you check use-by dates on EVERYTHING before you buy. Lots of things can sit there for ages and expire, including fruit and veg.
