The Beaumont Studio, Norwood

Nice showroom and friendly staff, however the after sales support is lacking.We purchased a Microtec tile, and since day 1 we have experienced the worst marking on tiles that I have ever seen.We got the floor professionally cleaned with an acetic solution, and this has not rectified the issue. Tiles mark simply when walking, and the only way to remove all the marking is with Gumption!We have raised the issue with Beaumont and we're kindly given some Lithofin Cement Residue remover to trial. We applied 3 treatments to try and remove the markings, and it did not remove all the markings.We provided an update to Beaumont and they escalated the case to the Head Office, who without contacting us for any comments came back with the following response: Our quality department have gone through the photographs that were sent by you.They reckon the photos could be taken just after it was tiled and there are drag marks and nothing wrong with the tiles."The photos we provided were when the tiles were new

Emily helped us choose tiles to fit our home reno of ensuite, main bathroom, laundry & kitchen! She was extremely knowledgeable and accomodating to work in with the look we were after & budget we had.We liked that for a small cost ($5-10each) you can take tiles home to see them in the space. This cost then is reimbursed when you return them to the store.Highly recommend this well designed store & highly recommend Emily for your consultation - she is brilliant!

Dana was amazingly helpful and treated me as a valued client, even though I only needed a small amount of tiles for a splash back. Her expertise helped create a much better solution to a tricky kitchen, which has worked out so much better than I could have thought of myself and within budget! She then recommended me a great tiler. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and couldn't arrange the final details. She didn't hesitate to help. I am so grateful for her service, skills and kindness.

The Highest quality service and follow up to ensure products were suitable and appropriate for a new bathroom - Jessica was professional, prompt and knowledgeable.

I normally go to grotee St but not any more the service at norwood is a class above the other store they actually know what they are doing with selections maria and emily are so helpful

Excellent experience at Beaumont Studio Norwood today. Service was wonderful and Dana who was helping us choose our bathroom and wet area tiles was amazing. She was very informative regarding grout colours, tile choices and listened to what our vision was to help it come to fruition. Highly recommend to anyone renovating.

Staff are very helpful

We had the best customer service experience at the Norwood studio. Jessica was very helpful, she listened to what we wanted and helped us choose. Even though we are only doing a small renovation, there was no lack of attention to our needs. We highly recommend the Norwood studio and the excellent service from Jessica.
