This is one facility full of life, startng from line staff to management level. The environment is vibrant, with worm hearted staff who take care of clients like family. Management has empowered staff with knowledge and tools for work in order to work with clients comfortably, safely and fun. Facility has all types and level of clents, both hard and easy. Due to the loving nature and possitive attitude from staff, these traits have made it possible for them to work with these clients in a safe way putting each and every client needs into consideration. Great place for clients and staff. Thanks to a supportive management team. A place worth visiting.

My kid has blossomed here, her carers are sure to cater to her interests, she’s not just a client but an active participant, they’ve taken her to the beach and city trips or in centre activities she’s always had a say in what she would like to do.

As a Support Coordinator in the local community, I have worked alongside many providers and can, without a doubt, say nothing but positive reviews about Circle of Hope Newcastle team.Speech Pathologists: Amie Carle, Abbie Pearce, Maddie Sills and Occupational Therapist: Jordan Glanville are all genuine, caring, passionate, highly qualified and educated which is reflected in their personable approach to ensuring that each client receives nothing but quality services and is best supported to not only achieve their individual goals but build a strong rapport with each client and have fun and enjoy themselves along the way.External providers, clients and each of my employees at Create Disability Services have recently advised me just how the ladies in Newcastle make the otherwise uncomfortable questions and concerns asked comfortable to communicate and their personable, kind, caring and fun nature makes participants and their families feel worthy, valued, heard and enthusiastic about their future aspirations.Participants and their families are consistently sharing with us how the team at Circle of Hope are passionate about their services as they “think outside the square” for each individual, and “do things differently” to that of other therapists provider experienced in the local community. If you are looking for a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist that goes the extra mile in ensuring that their clients are not only well supported but motivated to build a brighter future, then do not hesitate to contact the team at Circle of Hope.. You can thank us later :)From the team at, Create Disability Services.

I have status Epilepsy witch means I don’t come out of my seizures and ndis said we can’t help you if you’re Having constant seizures. That is so slack. I gave them a lot of paperwork to show them how many seizures I have and they didn’t even scan it all.
