We recently used Cummings Contracting to replace our Brivis heater. I dealt with Glenn who was a true professional and such a lovely guy. I contacted Cummins Contracting as my 30+ year old ducted heating system stopped working. I spoke to Paul and he explained everything I needed to know about purchasing a new system. Within the hour he had arranged for the unit and installation for the next day. Nick installed the unit the next day, he is fantastic, professional and friendly. My heater is fantastic and Paul called within a few hours of the install to ask if I was happy with the heater what a great caring person. We wanted to install this Brivis heating and add on cooling, I had 4 quotes and it was confusing at start. However Cummins approached me quickly, Paul took all measurements in the house and quickly came up with a design and added many extra features competing others in the area.Paul and Adrian did an amazing job. Not that I have anything against Bunnings who offer great prices and return policies, but when it comes to installation of appliances, I believe that it is best to go to the experts, and, for Air Conditioning, that is Cummins Contracting.Although Bunnings offered a great price on the MHI Air Con I intended to have installed, I was wary of using their subcontractor for installation as I could not get appropriate advice nor a site visit, nor a proper quote, and I had had multiple reports of problems arising with escalating installation costs once committed.I therefore went to Cummins with whom I had dealt some 10 years previously. Paul Siwek, Head of Estimates, welcomed me like an old friend. He took the time to take me through the options available to me and the pros and cons of each without any pressure. He then undertook a site visit with lots of advice followed by a very comprehensive and reasonable quotation, which I accepted. A team of installers (including an electrician, plumber and apprentice) duly arrived the following week to remove the old unit and install the new with minimal fuss. The installers were a great team working together and, dispite some unforseen technical problems that had to be overcome because of the size of the new unit, it was installed and tested without any problem. Although it took longer than anticipated to install, there were no extra charges and we are delighted with the workmanship and the outcome. In the end, we were greatly relieved that we went straight to the experts, rather than seeking an option, that appears cheaper initially but may well have landed us in deep water. So my advice is to go to the experts if you want Air conditioning installation done properly at a great price, and that is Cummins Contracting.GJ Mount Waverley

I have known Paul Siwek from Cummins for the last 15 years. This is the third job that he did for me. He helped me to replace my Brivis evaporative cooler after it broke down that was installed by previous installer. Then he replaced my30+ years old Stardt central gas ducted heater about 7 years ago. I was very impressed with Paul in the last 2 jobs that I had no hesitation to ask him to replace by Brivis evaporative cooling system with a 16KW Daikin split system cooling and reverse cycle heating system. Paul is very knowledgeable with their products and highly approachable as a person. He enjoys talking to people and we do laugh a lot together. Thank you for your help Paul.

Our 22 year old ducted heating system heater recently developed an intermittent fault and we decided to replace rather than repair. We checked the Brivis website and decided to contact Cummins Contracting based on their great reviews. Paul was very approachable and provided advice on our options as well as a competitive quote. Paul then arranged Glen and Mo to install our new heater with an upgraded return air duct and controller. All work was completed as expected with Paul making contact afterwards to check all was ok. We are very happy with the new heater as well as the friendly and professional service from this company
