Just Electrical Airport West Superstore

Had awful experience shopping with Just Electrical!I purchased an ex-display multi cooker from their ad on gumtree. According to the description “Ex dispaly product in very good condition. May contain slight mark/scratch.” It sounded like a used-new condition product.But upon arrival the product is far worse than it described. Lots of marks and scratches, fine at least the description mentioned it. But it had multiple dents on the surface as well as on the pot inside. A dent so large even made the cooker look disfigured. And the inner pot was not perfectly round. Nowhere in their description mentioned any of above.I asked for a return and they bluntly REFUSED to carry the return cost and the excuse they gave was absurd. They said because “we offered free shipping as a courtesy we normally charge extra for shipping” It doesn’t make any sense. They don’t want to carry the return post because they already offered free shipping? And even that is not true! The shipping was FREE. Product of this size and weight would cost me $20-$30 to post it.The way they dealt with this issue was really upsetting and I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Please read all reviews, these people sell you broken down goods, no shame, do not buy from them. Paid for a washing machine leaked everywhere first use. Returned for another one, this one washes but most buttons broken can only use one setting. Wish I had read reviews before entering this place.

The WORST service I’ve EVER experienced. The owner and his staff are truly a disgusting bunch of unprofessional people. I’d rather buy my electrical items from Aldi or eBay than give these crooks a CENT of my money … Shane on you!!

STAY CLEAR.. Pretty much every item in store is a beat up faulty item that has had some sort of poor repair done to it. The ex-display" items are far from the normal retail store ex-display item. Their repairs are done in house by someone who does a pretty shocking job.Staff will act like your best mate until they receive the payment

Avoid this company at all costs! They’re not worth the hassle & run around - add to that how they constantly speak over you, speak down to you and never actually get anything resolved. Advised of a warranty issue on 4/1/23 and still waiting for my return vacuum on 17/4. I advised them how urgent this was because of a childOn a ventilator but they don’t do anything until you chase them 10 times. They are literally a joke and will never use them again!

This is for owner of this place , please call me and return my money back. The faulty machine that you sold me has been picked up already , and when I called the shop today to get my money back your indian staff member trying to be rude. I dont want to write more at this stage but return my 1200 AUD ASAP.Thanks Dr suleman

Do not buy anything from Joe the owner - he is shady like no other. Such a major let down. I consciously support small local business but this guy makes it impossible! DODGE CITY! Wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.Purchased a BNC demo dryer $900 + $50 delivery (initially great c/s and delivered the next day) was happy I supported small local business ✅However 6 months in and the machine stops working altogether, I call the shop and the saga starts…. 5 weeks of back and forth (apparently Joe has no records or use of computers, he has a team of 6 and apparently no-else does either) Joe has been in business 30 years and apparently never needed to learn (yet they use a system onsite)…Joe also has no idea what his team does or any control over their pickup/delivery timeframes (however buy something and they will deliver next day)…mmmkayMultiple conversations with Joe (the owner) and his team (which they all deny ever knowing anything and/or how to look up receipts - apparently they also don’t do emails - yet upon original purchase I was emailed a receipt) sigh…upon having the dryer returned, waiting 2-3 weeks, I follow up with the store, speak to Maria and organise collecting the replacement dryer - upon arrival however no-one knew nothing and there’s no replacement machine on-site…? Then upon enlightening Joe again of my original purchase, pickup and replacement - Joe advised my “Brand New” machine was with the “Technician” (probably him) and he wouldn’t be instore til later that day….Sure: the “technician” takes all the machines home with him, works overnight like an Xmas elf and then brings the replacements and repaired machines back to work the next day alongside his lunch….mmmmkay Joe…Anyways due to Joe not knowing anything about anything, I had specifically organised my cousins truck and I confirmed with Maria I could come pick up the “Brand New replacement machine” but somehow the pattern continued and no-one knew anything about anything…??To top it off I get told by Joe that my “Brand New” machine they sold me had replaced parts on it and asked if I had switched out the dryer door…?No…Joe, the answer is No.Far out…then Joe states they will deliver the replacement “Brand New” dryer the next working day but again he doesn’t when or what time of day because his truck (which was parked out front of the shop) can take 4-5 hours to drive 20 mins down the road…Ugh…finally the replacement “Brand New” machine arrives and has the same markings as my old machine. I call the shop and ask Joe for a receipt and/or proof of purchase that this “New” replacement machine is actually “New”…Joe replies confused and advised he has NEVER had to give “proof” in 30 years of business?? Just don’t…
