Recently got a new shower screen installed. From first contact through quoting right to installation they are true professionals and hold themselves to the highest standard. Huge kudos to the guy who installed his passion for top quality finish didn’t go unnoticed. Don’t waste your time with anyone else these guys are the real deal

These guys were great. We shopped around for custom glass doors and they were by far the cheapest but absolutely no compromise in quality. They were very thorough in ensuring that everything was correct and the turnaround time was nice and quick too. Would definitely recommend.

Most impressed with the service I received from front office staff - Annette and Eve if my memory serves me. I dropped in to inquire about products that would suit to enclose my back patio. I left with options, brochures and a booking with a sub contractor to discuss my plans and provide me with a quote. I would recommend Bradnams staff run workshops with other Toowoomba businesses as since taking up residency here 7 years ago I have never received customer service of this standard. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient sums up the service I received. Not only that your needs will be met with flair and aplomb.

As a small builder it’s hard in current times where the big guys buy so much to find a supplier that is willing to partner with you and treat you like your business means something. I decided I would leave my current supplier after almost 20 years and find a new supplier that could meet my needs. The day I approached Bradnams I was pleasantly surprised with not just their professional response times but willingness to be a valued partner. Tessa was extremely helpful and patient in organising an initial quote, answering questions and providing several amended quotes for security screens for our new home. We are looking forward to our new house not only having Bradnams windows and sliding doors, but security screens as well.

Would not recommend this place, few years ago went for an interview did the aptitude test and was unpleasantly faced with one of the managerial staff being chauvinistic towards me due to being a woman and if i could actually lift heavy weight.Absolutely disgusting seeing male bigots like this still exsist in industries especially when i know i can do what the men can do.

After 3 years we had problems with our shower door hinges, we contacted Bradnams who replaced hinges and chrome covers and seals there young man Michael who fitted the doors back on did a great job and was willing to please with any concerns we had. All we can say is great service and great product. Well done Bradnams

Raylene helped us every step of the way in ordering our windows, she went above and beyond all our expectations and we have never received better customer service from any place ever. Raylene made the whole experience enjoyable and we would recommend Bradnams to anyone. Such a genuine and lovely person to deal with.
