Pilates Next Door is conveniently located in the leafy suburb of St Ives, Sydney. Our studio utilises top of the range studio equipment from Peak Pilates and Balanced Body, including the: Reformer, Cadillac, Wundachair and other varied apparatus.

Irina is always a kind and energetic instructor. She finds and trains the proper muscles to get better posture. It really helped me to get good posture and reduce the back pain.

Irina is an amazing Pilates instructor. I absolutely love coming to this studio and try to do so at least twice if not three times a week. My body and overall health have both changed irrevocably under her guidance and instruction and my body has become so much stronger. She has extensive expertise working on all Pilates equipment. Irina's Pilates Saturday sessions, not only solve a variety of physical limitations and ailments, they are good for the soul and mental well being. With the added bonus of some fun - filled social banter with my fellow Pilates classmate. In the warm and welcoming setting of her home, a Pilate session with Irina is always filled with good and happy vibes! Irina has an acute eye for body movements and positioning. She ensures that the body is perfectly aligned and a session is as much mental than physical. Irina brings her learnings from Reflexology and Reiki into the session too. I always feel stronger and better after each workout.
