Amazing customer service. We discovered my husbands laptop screen was smashed 2 days before he returned to work, rushed to Techpro at Helensvale and by the following afternoon we had the computer back and fixed like new. Very reasonably priced, great customer service. Will definitely recommend to others.

I am so grateful and appreciative of the staff at tech pro Helensvale, I had a dead phone sitting in my drawer for years that no other technician could fix, Techpro managed to retrieve all my pictures and videos that were very special to me. The staff were so genuine and honest and they didn't charge much for their services, I would 100% recommend to anyone, especially with data recovery.

I’m a student and got my gaming laptop with water damage. I saved my pt salary for 6months to buy it. I was so depressed because I thought it might be broken. They get it fixed with reasonable price. Thanks so much and the staffs there were extraordinary friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my doubts. Strong recommend.

My husband sat on his work phone breaking the screen and Tech Pro stayed open to fix the screen saving us from having to replace the phone. They are fantastic and so helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

Kaiser is the absolute best ever !I was in hysterics because my phone wasn’t working at allI went to three other phone shops and they all told me that they would have to send it away to head office for 2 weeks to find out what was wrong.Kaiser immediately tried to console me that he would try to see what was wrong and fix it.In about 15 mins he had already identified the problem and in half an hour my phone was completely fixed.I am so greatful for Kaiser’s help and how caring and meticulous he was in fixing my phone.I would give more then 5 stars if I could !Would recommend him to anyone ☺️
