Just For U Care

Going on 1 year now since we started with Just For U Care and the carer we were assigned has been very helpful and sensitive to the needs of our family member. highly recommended

Worst service provider- rude case managers, inconsistent service, no response to queries and unable to provide basic services like a support worker or cleaning service.

I had to give 1 star just so I could write a review! THEY GET NO STARS AT ALL! Used this company for my elderly father aged care package so he could get assistance at home. Would never ever use again, nor ever recommend, ever. Big on promises, short on delivery, infact, no delivery. Were ok at the beginning but they then whinged when some of my dads money needed to be spent! He had no case worker, they promised the world and nothing! When we asked for a service, they told us to find it and let them know about it and email the paper work to them. Mind you they were getting 25% of my dads money for doing nothing! The only efficient part of the operation was the billing. We were unable to contact them for 2 weeks, they then emailed us saying that they moved! They had no internet etc and therefore were not contactable! They didn't tell us about that either! We had enough and emailed them explaining the problems and why we were terminating. At the moment they are in breach of the contract signed as its been 90 days and they still haven't transferred my dads money to the new provider! Their lack of communication makes them hypocrites!

Used this company to supply a personal helper for elderly father at home. Would neither use again, nor recommend, ever. Big on promises, short on delivery. OK for several weeks, then it fell apart. Left my elderly father without anyone, didn’t let him or me know no one was coming, no apology, no effective follow up... and no communications. The next agreed date, no one turned up when arranged. Someone finally rang almost an hour later, said he’d ‘been delayed’. The person who finally did turn up was completely unsuitable. Fired them. The only efficient part of the operation appears to be the billing. Wrote a letter explaining the problems and why I was terminating. No response (par for the course).

I chose Just For U Care 2 years ago to care for my elderly mum and I have found that the team are very thorough and helpful. They look after my mum so well, they listen to all my requests in regards to her personal care. They always try to fulfill my requests in regards to the carers that attend to mum, and to other services that attend to her on a daily basisI would like to pay special mention to Kelly Edwards who over this period has gone above and beyond to help me with a very difficult family situation. She is always accessible nothing is too hard. Kelly is caring, understanding, and professional. Kelly was and still is willing to help me deal with many sectors of the social services. Nothings is too difficult for her to solve. Kelly went above and beyond her job to meet my requests.I would highly recommended Just 4 U and their team especially Kelly Edwards

My mum and I are so impressed with Just For U Care and the work ethic of the lovely Case Manager Tracey Stark and the lovely team at JFU. It is such a relief for us to have necessary services promptly carried out by professional and caring providers and essential alterations made , etc - to keep my 92yr old mum safely in her home. Everything was put in place so quickly and easily with no stress by Tracey. Now it’s like having a support team!I highly recommend Just For U Care to anybody who is looking for a Service Provider that has their clients needs at the forefront.Thank you so muchGaye & Mum (June) xx

Could not be more pleased with JFU Care.Right from the start they have been extremely helpful with all requests whether big or small and if the request was unable to be dealt with from the package they gave me direction on where to find what was required.Reimbursements are processed quickly.Staff that have come to the house have all been friendly, on time and professional.Nothing is too much trouble.I have recommended them already to friends in the same situation with elderly parents.Janette.
