We had a wonderful experience with Michael and his team when they erected a large pergola at our property recently. It was a very professional installation, on time and within the budget. Michael kept an eye on the job and was a great communicator to his crew and to us, the client.The team had smiles on their faces after they finished our job and so we did we. Keep up the good work!

I have made two attempts at getting to site with Michael Stephenson making an appointment, with nearly a weeks notice, and over a week follow up in the first instance and a no show and no communication to the appointment made a week in advance for the second experience. There is no excuse for such disrespectful, lacking manner, bad to business behaviour. I know full well that these guys - at present- have heaps of work available to them. But that is not the point.Hence this post. I believe legal people would say ' caveat emptor'.

We engaged Michael at Formed to do our native coastal garden. His values, level of care, and commitment to quality were exceptional and not often found in some trades today. He offered to store some totem posts for our design and met us on-site with the landscape designer and provided valuable input into the design, construction and cost, all with no expectation of winning our work.Mike was proactive with his communication, and throughout our project, nothing was ever a problem for Mike or his entire team. The quality of their work was exceptional, and their ability to fabricate and adapt the design onsite as needed provided us with a fantastic landscape garden that we thoroughly enjoy every day. I could not speak highly enough of Mike and the Formed team and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Michael (the proprietor) and his team are outstanding. Michael has a massive level of care and attention to detail that is very rare to find. He is hugely knowledgeable, precise on layouts and finishes, honest, caring and pulls out all the stops to deliver for his clients. He's undertaken multiple jobs for me, a couple that were very complicated, and I am continually impressed by his professionalism and problem solving ability. Would highly recommend.
