Best people, best services. They noticed that a CPU I ordered was faulty; so they offered another one which was WAY more powerful and pin-compatible with the one I had originally bought, AT NO EXTRA COST. This is rare. Use them if you can!

Used to be great, walk in and get greeted instantly by a friendly face and have a good talk and look at what they have, before getting good prices and walking out happy. Now, you walk in and no-one is there, so you ring the bell and no one comes for 5 minutes, then when they do come it turns out you can only get stuff your ordered 24 hours advanced online, and none of their good stuff such as Cpus. It's gone a whole lot of down hill and I will probably not be going back anytime soon

Easy access, plenty of parking, good signage explaining what should go where. They also recycle polystyrene, hooray! And staff are really friendly and helpful.

So good to have a place to take polystyrene for recycling ! (We're still boycotting any takeaways that use polystyrene packaging .. like the blue and white cafe in North Adelaide - yuk! )

Drop off is convenient. Online shop has some good deals but not always more retro gear in good nick. Service is slow and honestly may be the deal breaker in future. If you don't mind waiting forever to get your parts on collection go nuts but honestly maybe not worth it for me next time.
